I am writing this letter to recommend to you the services of Kelly Lynn Redden, who I had the pleasure of working with during her time working as a job coach. She is a fantastic, competent, and caring individual who takes her job seriously, spends her time and energy wisely, and provides a high value to autistic people in the workplace and in their lives. 

I first met Kelly during my onboarding for my first role as a Software Engineer. I was bewildered and intimidated starting a new career, though, with her guidance, compassion, and direction, I was able to develop soft skills and, as a product of her coaching, the confidence needed to face new challenges. 

Without her guidance, my approach to the workplace would not be sufficient. I owe my continued employment to her and the skills she instilled within me.
