To whom it may concern, I am writing to you today to recommend Kelly Redden as an expert advisor for adults who are on the Autism spectrum or who have similar conditions. My employer contracted with Kelly to assist me with some difficulties I was having at work. 

Kelly was able to help me a good deal, providing me with an abundance of advice, information, and training for myself and my colleagues. Kelly was likable, supportive, and clearly very knowledgeable. I would have no hesitation in recommending her for anyone else who was looking for someone either to help someone on the spectrum, or to train others how to work with such a person.
