Kelly Redden was employed as a Classroom Teacher at The Children's Academy from 12 April 2015 until 20 August 2016.

The Children's Academy is a school for children with mild to moderate special educational needs and Kelly worked in as a teacher with children of ages eight through to fourteen whose needs span from Developmental Delay to Attention Deficit / Hyperactivity Disorder, Down Syndrome and Learning Abilities. She has been working with the British National Curriculum and the International Primary Curriculum in the classroom.

Kelly is a conscientious teacher who understands how the pupils learn. She has gained a wealth of experience working with pupils from a variety of cultural backgrounds and overseas educational systems.

Kelly met the demands of her role with enthusiasm, optimism, and dignity. She adheres to rules and policies of the school and is always respectful of administration.
