To who it may concern,
 

Kelly Redden has worked with our son Michael, who suffers with a disorder on the autistic spectrum, since arriving in The Netherlands earlier this year.
 

During this time Kelly has provided services through her company ‘Specialized Autism Services’ including, a detailed assessment of Michael’s condition and needs, developed a structured programme and provided therapy on a one-to-one basis.
 

We have been most pleased by the way in which Michael has responded to methods adopted, which have included ‘Applied Behavioral Analysis’, and ‘Pivotal Response’. Kelly is experienced in the use of multiple therapy methods, because as she is quick to stress, not all children will respond positively to the same method. As such, an assessment should identify a method best suited to the child’s needs.

Kelly worked extensively with Michael over the school summer break. Michael bonded well with Kelly and their relationship was certainly conducive to Michael gaining from the sessions. Indeed, after each visit we would always notice some form of tangible progress, be it in his communication skills or behavioral patterns.
 

Kelly has always been exceptionally reliable and never once let us down. Her professionalism is without doubt of the very highest order, and on this basis alone I would not hesitate to recommend Kelly to anyone who has a child with any form of problem on the autistic spectrum disorder.
 

Our son will now attend a special school for a while before returning to mainstream education. We most strongly feel that Kelly’s skills, professionalism and kindness will have contributed to an increasingly optimistic outlook for Michael.
