Dear Miss Kelly,

First of all, I’d like to thank you for the active role you played in making our son and his school time a wonderful experience. We are very grateful for all of the efforts put behind the great progress we witnessed in Rayan’s development being the in-school activities or the after school homeworks/advices on what to focus on. The daily reports in addition to the continuous emails we received from you were very helpful in guiding us towards utilizing the after-school time in a more efficient manners. Thank you, and look forward to more of those updates/advices. We have the full confidence in the capability of the Special Needs Department which our son requires in order to develop and catch up with his peers soon. Your full collaboration, cooperation and patience is highly required and appreciated to achieve the desired results.
