To whom it may concern,  

I am writing to express my thoughts on Kelly Redden as a job coach. I have known Kelly since August 2020 and since then I have grown not only personally, but professionally as well. Her coaching style is flexible and focused. She is generally available to talk things through if need be. If she isn’t available at that time, she makes every effort to accommodate and make sure her team is taken care of.  

What her support has meant to me as an adult in their 30s has allowed me to communicate more effectively and slow down my thought process as to not get caught up in speaking and thinking about what I am wanting to say next. She has helped me with wording of a response when I was unsure of how the tone may sound to the reader. Also, she has been there to allow me to vent my frustration with how something was handled that was out of my control.  

Not only is she dependable, but she is extremely reliable. If she makes an appointment with you, she makes sure that she doesn’t miss it or have a conflict. She has not canceled one meeting with me. Since leaving her last post, I have hired her as a personal job coach to continue our meetings and my progress.  

Her resourcefulness, support, dependability, and work ethic is impeccable. I have gained a true friend and mentor with our coaching sessions. Anyone who has her as a job coach will benefit in several ways.
